Step 1

Clean and wash the strawberries.

Set aside six strawberries for garnish. Puree the rest with sugar.

Rinse the mint, shake it dry and pick off the leaves. Set aside a few mint leaves.

Add a few leaves to the puree if you like for flavor and puree again.

Beat the cream until stiff, fold it into the cream cheese and stir in the vanilla sugar. Stir in a third of the puree and pour the mixture into jars.

Spread the remaining puree on top. Halve the reserved strawberries and garnish with mint.
