Step 1
Roughly chop the chocolate.
Step 2
Heat the espresso and cream, remove from the heat and melt the chocolate and butter in it.
Step 3
Roughly grate the marzipan and stir it into the chocolate mixture.
Step 4
Crush the coffee beans with a rolling pin and stir them in as well.
Step 5
Pour the cream into a jar, close it and keep it cold overnight.
