Mini "mole" cakes
The classic favourite cake now comes in a jar. The mole cake is super easy to prepare and fits on any buffet table.

Step 1
Beat the cream with the sugar and cream setting agent until stiff.
Step 2
Carefully fold in the sprinkles.
Step 3
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices about 1.5 cm thick.
Step 4
Place three chocolate bases on a plate and spread with a little cream.
Step 5
Place the banana pieces tightly on top.
Step 6
Spread the stracciatella cream in mounds over the fruit.
Step 7
Finely crumble the remaining chocolate base and sprinkle it thickly over the three mole cakes.
