Microwave scrambled eggs in a jar
Quick scrambled eggs in a jar – made with eggs, cream, vegetables and ham in just a few minutes in the microwave. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Step 1
Whisk the eggs with the sour cream and season well. Finely dice the mushrooms, tomatoes and ham and add them to the egg mixture.
Step 2
Take it to the office in a jar. At lunchtime, shake the jar well, then place it in the microwave without the lid. Cook at 600 watts for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
The egg can also be cooked in the oven, then it needs 10 minutes at 180° C. Sprinkle with chopped chives to taste and enjoy.
