Red cabbage salad with orange & walnut
Crisp red cabbage combined with sweet and sour orange segments and roasted walnuts – an aromatic, fresh side dish for any occasion.

Preparation
Step 1
Clean the cabbage, quarter it, remove the stalk and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and add the cabbage, vinegar, agave syrup, salt and some pepper. Steam everything. The cabbage should still be slightly al dente.
Step 3
In the meantime, peel, fillet and cut the oranges into pieces.
Step 4
Roughly chop the walnuts with a knife.
Step 5
Place the cabbage in a bowl, fold in the walnuts and orange fillets. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Step 6
Refrigerate and let stand for at least an hour.
